We use the following shipping methods:

Shipping Policies:
Unless otherwise stated shipping is free of
charge.
Tracking your order:
Because shipping is generally free of charge we
do not include tracking in order to save on cost.
It would after all cost nearly as much as most of
our items for shipping alone. We do ship
each Monday so most will receive their item by the
end of the week.
